Job Title: Outbound Call Center Agent
Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Center Agents. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Provide detailed and accurate information about our products/services.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM).
