Job Description
A Uk based client is seeking an energetic Operations Manager for their Private Car Hire Company who will report to the Head of Operations.
Your role will be to manage the busy operations office in respect of both UK and Global client bookings. This will include liaison with clients, subcontractors and affiliates, ensuring all bookings are delivered to an exceptional standard. Perform ad-hoc duties according to office needs.
Job Specification:
Answering telephone calls & emails in a professional and courteous manner
Providing quotations and making bookings
First point of contact for any customer service issues
Doing general administrative tasks as instructed by line manager
Recording expense and sales invoices, assisting accountant with simple queries
Ensure that client invoicing are accurate.

Drivers expenses
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am–6pm, flexible, family friendly terms can be explored.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements: * Customer service orientated
Good communication skills, both verbal and written - THIS IS A MUST
Must be able to speak Clear English *Please do not apply if you cannot speak clear English*

Proven track record in operations management ideally in respect of VIP or HNW clients in the hospitality, event or logistics sectors
