Sales Manager

Job Description:
Spectrum Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading manufacturer and trader of a wide range of packaging solutions including shrink film, stretch film, and liner bags. Established in 2015, we are dedicated to capturing business opportunities in the packaging and containers industry. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Lahore and help drive our sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness.

- Proven sales experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
