Operations Executive

We're looking for someone who is well organised and has a strong aptitude for career growth.

Someone who will have hands-on experience in managing daily operations and demonstrate a strong aptitude for the following responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery and logistics services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

- Handle order processing, including taking orders, dispatching, and maintaining records of all transactions.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Manage office operations, including administrative and general office upkeep.

- Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain business relationships.

- Sharing your ideas based on insights you'll gain down the road, on how we can do things even better.

- A disciplined, organized person who knows how to prioritize and get things done.

- If you’ve got experience in operations, logistics, or managing a team, that’s a plus.

- You should be comfortable communicating in both Urdu and English, whether it’s in writing or speaking.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is important.

- Most importantly, we need someone who’s proactive and a problem solver.

We’re not picky about degrees of a particular subject or field—we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and skills.

Location: PWD Housing Society, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000/- per month during probation, 50,000/- per month after probation.
