Job Description
We seek a dedicated and motivated multitasked Limousine Services Salesperson/Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer inquiries from our office, manage reservations, and ensure our drivers provide reliable, on-time service. This role requires a strong ability to handle objections, sell the value of our service, and maintain detailed records.
The position involves working overnight shifts from 12 AM PKT to 8:00 AM PKT on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer calls, listen attentively to their needs, and provide detailed information about our limousine services.
Sales Execution: Read from a script, making it sound natural and personalized. Handle objections to pricing effectively and emphasize the reliability and quality of our service rather than competing on price.
Reservation Management: Accurately input reservations into our system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers to ensure they are on time and monitor their status using our limo dispatching software.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after receiving online sale notifications and ensure their needs are met.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Maintain detailed records and ensure all information is accurately recorded and communicated.
Requirements & Skills
Good Listener: Ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
Script Adaptability: Capable of reading a script and making it sound natural and personalized.
Objection Handling: Skilled in addressing and overcoming objections, particularly related to pricing.
Value Selling: Focus on selling the reliability and quality of our service, not just the price.
Detail-oriented: Extremely meticulous in managing reservations and communicating with drivers.
Availability: Willing and able to work overnight shifts from 12 AM PKT to 8:00 AM PKT on specified days.
Fast Learner: Quick to learn new systems and processes.
Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Follow-Up Skills: Diligent in following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
