Upwork / Fiverr Bidder / Account Manager

Last Wave Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Upwork and Fiverr Bidder/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing projects on both Upwork and Fiverr, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the bidding and project acquisition processes on these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop customized proposals and responses to client inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Manage and optimize the company's Upwork and Fiverr accounts to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and analyze bidding performance to improve success rates.
• Stay updated with Upwork and Fiverr policies, trends, and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on bidding and account activities and results.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder, Fiverr Account Manager, or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully winning projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Upwork's and Fiverr's platforms and bidding processes.
• Ability to craft compelling proposals and cover letters.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the software development industry.
• Understanding of various technologies and services offered by Last Wave Technology.
• Experience with other freelance platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Guru).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
