Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in the medical instruments, surgical instruments, and veterinary products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the medical instruments and veterinary products market.
On-Page Optimization: Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve website structure, content, and keyword targeting.
Off-Page Optimization: Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.
Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and existing code.
Content Strategy: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation and content programming.
Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitors’ SEO strategies and performance, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and industry changes to ensure continuous improvement of SEO efforts.
Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO specialists and other team members to foster a deeper understanding of SEO best practices.
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO certifications) preferred.
Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within the medical instruments, surgical instruments, or veterinary products sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO software.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
