Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Assist in following up on leads and nurturing potential client relationships.
- Provide detailed information about our services and answer client queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client engagement.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
