Agha Steel Industries Limited, a leader in the Building Materials industry and the largest longs steel manufacturer in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic Manager Sales (Corporate) for our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, focusing on the construction sector and driving growth through strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve goals.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales management in the Building Materials industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
