Procurement Executive

Energy Solutions (Private) Limited (ESL) is a leading service provider in the Power Generation sector. We specialize in assisting customers with the selection, purchase, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of power generation equipment ranging from 1kVA to 2500 kVA. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations and foster lasting relationships with fleet customers and high horsepower accounts. We are currently seeking a Procurement Executive with 3 years of experience in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry to join our team in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best deals.
• Maintain and update a list of approved suppliers.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and processes.
• Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
