Autocad Technician / 3D Visualizer

We are looking for Architectural draftsmen and 3D Visualizer with minimum 5 years experience for our Architectural Department. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop, design principles and standards.

Have more than 5 years experience of working on large scale commercial and residential projects.

Have experience to prepare submissions/completion and working drawings for commercial and residential projects.

Have work experience with architectural consultancies.

Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using 3D Max.

Creating creative 3D walk - throughs and fly-through.

Construct AutoCAD drawings and 3D visuals for presentation.

Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers.

Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.

Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
