Job Description
Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain office organization and orderliness
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill tasks efficiently.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is a plus
- Nice to have driving license and ability to commute
