Export Documentation Officer

We HIMALAYAN COMMODITIES are the manufacturers and exporters of Himalayan Salt, Basmati Rice and Spices products based in Karachi, Pakistan.

We are hiring epxort documentation Officer for our facotry at Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Officer located in Karachi. The Export Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of documentation for outbound shipments, including preparing and submitting export documentation, coordinating with Bank, freight forwarders and customs clearing agent, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in export documentation or related field
• Good knowledge of export documentation requirements and international trade regulations
• Familiarity with Customs regulations, INCO terms and payment methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
