Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer support. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer needs, effective communication, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Station: While the role is primarily remote, occasional on-site visits to the Islamabad branch may be required with advanced notice.
