Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry and Cake Baking Chef with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the baking industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exquisite pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop a wide range of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  • Ensure all products meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Innovate new recipes and continuously improve existing ones.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to uphold the bakery's standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings.

Requirements:
