Job Description: Senior Manager Quantity Surveyor

• DAE (Civil)
• Experience 5 years minimum.
• Knowledge of project management, construction, and engineering principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Tenders and costing of projects.
• Experience with High Rise Buildings, Roads and other Industrial and Public Health sector.
• Experience in managing all aspects of the contractual, financial side of construction projects and reconciliation.
