Quality Assurance Officer - Pharma 4

This position requires experienced personnel responsible for the coordination, performance and execution of Quality Assurance activities.

• Monitoring of Critical steps in manufacturing of products (Process control).
• Inspect the printing activities including waste and rejection etc.
• Inspect and perform Line clearance at dispensing, filling, packing stages.
• Maintenance of SOPs and other documentation.
• Maintain the record of Annual Product Quality (APQR) Final checking of BMR(Batch manufacturing Record)
• Maintenance of all BMR received from production department.
• Inspect the staff's hygiene condition.
• Inspect the sanitation of all sections, corridors including Q.C., change rooms wash rooms, both sterile and non-sterile production sections.
• Maintenance of training record.
• Submit daily activity report to Quality Assurance Head.
• To ensure that all the manufacturing procedures/practices follow the written standard operating procedures.
• Any special duties assigned by Quality Assurance Head.
