Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are a digital marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into potential clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Convert leads into potential clients through effective communication and sales strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve our services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM

Salary: PKR 35,000 to 40,000 (negotiable)
