Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist at K&Z Communications, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients' businesses by building out a pipeline of valuable leads. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting outbound calls to identify potential leads for various real estate brokerages. Effectively communicating with leads to qualify their interest and gather relevant information. Coordinating with all parties involved to ensure appointments are set and followed through upon. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system. Collaborating closely with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:
Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily call targets. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
