Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to logistics companies to introduce our recruitment services
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Present and explain our staffing solutions to decision-makers
- Maintain a database of contacted companies and follow up on initial conversations
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss client needs in detail
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets

Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
