Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Public Relations and Communications industry
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates on recruitment progress
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media to increase visibility and attract qualified applicants
