Job Description: We are a new design and construction company based in Islamabad seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects, excellent design skills, and the ability to work within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural designs for a variety of projects including commercial and residential buildings.
• Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with the project manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide input on material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
