Responsibilities:

Identify potential projects on Upwork and thoroughly understand client requirements and project scopes.
Create tailored and persuasive proposals that effectively showcase our strengths and address client needs.
Engage with clients through Upwork's messaging system to clarify project specifics, negotiate terms, and address inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with our team to gather insights for accurate and comprehensive proposal submissions.
Strategize bid management, handling multiple bids simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
