Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead our business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in business development strategy planning and execution, outstanding leadership abilities, and a knack for onboarding new clients effectively. This role is crucial for shaping our growth trajectory and demands proficiency in various marketing and outreach techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
- Lead, trained, and mentored a team of business development professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our products or services.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both B2B and B2C models.
- Integrate digital presence strategies into business development efforts.
- Execute email, text, and cold call marketing campaigns to generate leads and build client relationships.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance.
- Leverage experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.
Requirements & Skills
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development.
- Proven experience in business development strategy planning and execution.
- Proven track record on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of leading and developing successful sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
