Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead our business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set in business development strategy planning and execution, outstanding leadership abilities, and a knack for onboarding new clients effectively. This role is crucial for shaping our growth trajectory and demands proficiency in various marketing and outreach techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, trained, and mentored a team of business development professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our products or services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both B2B and B2C models.
  • Integrate digital presence strategies into business development efforts.
  • Execute email, text, and cold call marketing campaigns to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performance.
  • Leverage experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.

Requirements & Skills

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Proven experience in business development strategy planning and execution.
  • Proven track record on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
