Librarian Pharmacy Department

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our Pharmacy Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department's library resources, providing research support, and delivering information literacy instruction to students and faculty.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the pharmacy library collection, including print and digital resources

- Provide research assistance and support to students, faculty, and staff

- Develop and deliver information literacy instruction sessions

- Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into the curriculum

- Maintain accurate records and statistics

- Stay current with trends and best practices in library and information science

• - Experience working in an academic library setting
• - Knowledge of pharmacy and health sciences resources and databases would be an added advantage.
• - Excellent communication and instructional skills
• - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• - Familiarity with library management systems and technology
