As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Your primary goal is to drive our brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content across various channels, including digital, email, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding their creative direction and strategic planning.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain the organization's website and attend networking or industry events to foster relationships with clients.
Requirements & Skills
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and Social Media campaigns.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
