Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated technical sales and support executive to join our team. This role involves providing technical expertise and support to our clients, driving sales initiatives, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical expert on our range of water treatment chemicals and solutions.
• Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape.

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or chemical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and chemicals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
