Area Sales Manager - ASM

Job Description:
Maffick (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Lahore. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned area, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Manage a team of sales representatives in the assigned area.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
5. Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Required Skills:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food production industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
