CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? Qubic Cloud is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the evening shift from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Handling customers' inquiries and addressing their concerns
• Document the calls according to the standard procedures.
• Route calls to appropriate sources
• Manage and resolve customers' complaints
• Give an overview to the customers about the product

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
