Job Description

  • Create and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment centers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and returns.
  • Maintain a positive online reputation through prompt and helpful responses.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
  • Analyze sales data and eCommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and recommendations to optimize eCommerce performance.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
