Job Description
- Create and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and sales.
- Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with fulfillment centers and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and returns.
- Maintain a positive online reputation through prompt and helpful responses.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and update inventory records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
- Analyze sales data and eCommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Create reports and recommendations to optimize eCommerce performance.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
