Job Description
You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, and scheduling appointments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue by effectively communicating our products/services' value propositions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from targeted lists provided by the company.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and articulate their benefits.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales representatives to further discuss our offerings.
- Document all interactions and update customer information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback sessions.
- Bonus on every lead converted into a sale.
Requirements & Skills
- Very Good English Accent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and setbacks.
- Bachelors or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
