Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of exceptional user experiences for our digital products. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive and engaging designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create seamless user experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
• Champion best practices in UX design, advocating for accessibility, usability, and consistency across all digital products.
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow their skills and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into our design process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
