Web And IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Web and IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our websites, as well as the management and upkeep of our hosting servers and Microsoft 365 accounts. Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain our websites to ensure optimal performance, usability, and security.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to hosting servers, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, including user provisioning, license management, security configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support ongoing projects.
• Monitor website performance, security, and uptime, implementing proactive measures to address potential issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to web development, hosting, and cloud services.

• Proven experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Strong understanding of server administration, including experience with hosting environments, server configurations, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and management, including user provisioning, security settings, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with website hosting platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
