Job Responsibilities:
1. Gather Information: Download, Format, and Convert news stories from websites.
2. Proofread: Double check gathered stories in MS Word document to ensure data accuracy.
3. Convert Content: Apply relevant software to convert processed content efficiently.
4. Records Keeping: Maintain and update status records in MS Excel sheets.
