Location: Home Based/ Remote

Salary: Commission-based (up to PKR50,000+ per lead)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generators/Business Development Experts to join our team at a business loans brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating leads. You are not expected to convert the leads!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilise various channels to identify and generate potential leads for business loans. This includes but is not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach or means you see fit.
• Prospecting: Conduct thorough research on target industries and businesses to identify potential clients who may benefit from our loan brokerage services.
• Communication: Clearly communicate the benefits of our business loan services and effectively address any inquiries or concerns potential clients may have.

Necessary Skills:

• Perfect English
• Previous Telesales experience

Compensation:

This position is solely commission-based, with a competitive commission structure ranging from PKR10,000- PKR50,000 per lead that cpnverts, depending on the size and complexity of the business loan.

As a Lead Generator/Business Development Executive (BDE), your task is to identify prospective businesses and determine if they require financing; how you achieve this is entirely up to you.

Methods of Contact:

1. This is the most effective method as it allows you to engage potential customers more readily.

1. Visit company websites and email the relevant party.
2. media: Similar to email, you can post ads on platforms like Gumtree, classifieds, and Facebook Marketplace.
3. Utilise a business directory or use a scraper for information.

If you generate 2 leads that convert a week of £10,000, you would make in a month PKR80,000. Considering the average loan size is £30,000, you could male PKR240,000 rupees a month for simply generating leads.
