Role Summary:
PPF is seeking a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to lead our M&E activities, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our projects. The M&E Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing M&E systems, conducting evaluations, and providing insights to enhance program outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E, with experience in the non-profit sector, and a passion for media development and press freedom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement M&E systems and frameworks that align with PPF's strategic goals and project objectives.
- Develop and maintain indicators for measuring project effectiveness, impact, and sustainability.
- Conduct regular monitoring of ongoing projects to ensure they are progressing as planned and meeting set targets.
- Coordinate and conduct evaluations, including baseline, mid-term, and end-line assessments, to assess the outcomes and impact of projects.
- Analyze data collected through M&E activities and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on M&E findings to inform strategic decision-making and project improvements.
- Train and guide staff on M&E best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and contribute to proposal development with accurate M&E data.

Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
- Four-years Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Experience in designing M&E tools, data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent writing skills.
