Calling Agent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Calling Agent to join our team for the night shift. As a Calling Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with our current clients while also identifying and reaching out to potential new clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Identify new potential clients through research and networking efforts.
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls and emails to introduce our services and offerings.
Provide information about our agency's services, capabilities, and value proposition to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

• Excellent spoken English skills.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
• Availability to work night shifts in Johar Town, Lahore.
