A Multinational Company Now Hiring Business Analyst based in Karachi, Shahra-e-Faisal

We currently have a number of exciting opportunities to work as Business Analyst . Our Contact Centre is growing and we’re looking for highly motivated people to understand our individual customer’s needs, with an ability to get to the real reason for the call and help us deliver excellent service to every customer. No previous industry experience needed as a full training programme will support you in your journey to learn.

You’ll deal with inbound calls and you’ll be provided with every opportunity to improve the way we work and deliver our purpose. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a customer service environment with an excellent telephone manner.

• Speaks fluent English without any hesitation
• Understand all different accents i.e. American, British or Australian etc.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Good telephone manners
• Fully determine to work rotating shifts
• Excellent computer skills
• Positive can do attitude
• Be able to work at least two years or longer
