Objective:
The Director of Photography/Production Manager will act as the creative and production lead on all Creative Services projects that involve original shooting and direction -- from concept through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Operate camera on all original production.
• Be able to manage photography at events independently
• Partner with Creative and Client Services Department to conceptualize, pitch and break out marketing and promotion campaigns for internal and external clients.
• Create engaging original content in the form of footage and images
• Lead talent/production crews on location shoots
• Budget crew, studio and field shoots.
• Work with on camera and voice over talent as well as photographers and graphic artists.
• Cover and capture footage on events as and when required.
• Expert at producing and editing snappy, focused and original footage,
• Maintain close relationship with all production crew
• Will advise on building and developing the production/studio assets

Qualifications:

• Must have 2-3 years in an Agency, Broadcast, or Film Production creative environment.
• Must have extensive hands on experience in all areas of digital imaging production (from pre-production to post) including the proven ability to shoot and edit broadcast quality materials.
• Must be highly creative, innovative and have strong video, original production and editing skills
