Job Description

  1. Design, coordinate and implement strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources to support the accomplishment of business objectives.
  2. Advise management on sound practices in the areas of employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation and benefits.
  3. Recruitment, placements, promotions, increments, terminations/ separations, leaves, etc. of all employees
  4. Preparation of proposals for salary increases, job changes, new positions and other benefits
  5. Maintain personnel records of all employees of the Company confidentially
  6. Formulation and implementation of an effective career planning and personnel development system
  7. Annual Performance Appraisals of all permanent workers
  8. Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits
