Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our digital marketing initiatives, using digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, marketing expertise, and technical abilities to enhance our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.

Requirements & Skills

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as conduct content audits to ensure content is consistent and engaging.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including the design of emails, segmentation of audiences, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
