Project Manager

- Interface with customers for detailed project requirement to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the entire project cycles

- Sub-contractor scheduling & control to ensure work quality & timely delivery

- Prepare the budget & bill of quantity for each project

- Initiate & enforce proper project documentation & processes
- Responsible for all project delivery in to ensure delivery on time & within budget

- Provide direction & guidance to the project teams

- Responsible for cost controls & working within allocated project budget

- Implement & ensure a process for good quality designs

- Provide all necessary reports to customers & internal management

- Ability to work with the project team members
