**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Sportswear Marketing and Product Developments.

**Responsibilities:**
- Generate new leads, meet sales targets, and close deals.
- Utilize email marketing and other social media platforms to increase sales and attract customers.
- Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to enhance factory presence and engagement in the international market.
- Liaise with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department.
- Communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest global Sportswear trends and incorporate them into product developments and marketing strategies.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sportswear product development and marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience as a marketing/merchandising manager, with a proven ability to generate new leads and coordinate with production teams.
- Proficiency in email communication tools and other relevant software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in social media marketing is essential.
- Knowledge of local and international market sources for materials, accessories, and trims procurement for use in productions and new developments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
