Job Description
- Ensure health and safety codes are met
- Control Profit & Loss (i.e., plan attainment)
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Manage the budget, administer payroll, and make sure operations remain within budget.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Develop operational, marketing, and business plans in conjunction with owners or board of directors.
- Estimate food and supply needs, oversee the placement of orders.
- Any other duties added from time to time
Requirements & Skills
- 3 years experience in the restaurant field
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good oral/written communication skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
