Job Description
- Leading and coordinating a team of 2 to 3 HR Assistants
- Proactively attracting and hunting most talented candidates (software engineering industry)
- Screening the resumes and applications.
- Advanced English oral and written skills required
- Conducting recruitment interviews and taking necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Manage and Maintaining HR records on Cloud.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Preparation of salary statements
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- HR Process documentation and maintainance (cloud based system)
- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
Requirements & Skills
- Advanced English oral and written skills required
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization (employee retention)
- Preference will be given to HR Managers who have work experience in software industry.
