Accounts Officer

Job summary

We are looking for a self-motivated Accountant to join our financial management department. In Korangi Karachi for this role, you’ll play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law. As an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties.
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records & reports.
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial. Forecasts.
• Verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payment are charged to the appropriate accounts.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suit.
• Ethical behavior.
• Attention to detail.
• Special licenses or certification may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree B.B.A in Accounting or related field is required.
• More education (MBA Accounting) or experience may be preferred.
• 3-5 Years of Experience in Accounting is required.
• Highly Proficient with Accounting Software.
