Job Description
- All accounts related duties
- Maintaining books of accounts in Microsoft Office Accounting.
- Reconciliations of ledger balances e.g. Bank balances, Receivables and Payables, booking of sales purchase bills & expenses.
- Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Helping in daily accounts activities like Sales Tax Income Tax cases. Email correspondence.
- Visiting outside office for Accounts related work. etc.
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate Degree (BCOM), (MCOM), MBA in Finance, Master/ACCA/ACMA/CA/Articleship would be added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in accounting & reporting tasks.
- Good understanding of accounting and financials.
- Good communication skill with good command over written and spoken English & Urdu.
- Intensive IT skills (Microsoft office (Excel) software knowledge Power point & Internet knowledge) and ability to manage and organize amounts of complex data.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team work
- Time management skills.
- Working hours would be flexible between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
