Job Description

  • To interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.
  • Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.
  • Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies.
  • Review physical inventories periodically.
  • Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipts of goods and supplies.
  • Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Inventory Management, Inventory Control and Store Operations skills.
  • Book keeping skills.
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate a cash register, computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
