Job Description
- Current Trends, developments, and theories in job readiness training and education
- issues, concerns, and barriers of employees newly entering the workforce
- Laws, regulations and rules governing work requirement for SECP and FBR
- Organizational development, human resources and program operations
- complete knowledge about quick books enterprises solution 16 and well aware about new feature and report customization or any other ERP system
- General office software, particularly the MS Office Suite and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of USA, Europe,Brazil, South Africa or other countries finance person will be highly preferable
- International Trips Required, the one already visited international finance affairs will be highly preferable
Requirements & Skills
- Review and analyze the accounting records including book keeping, financial statements and other analysis of Financial reports to check the accuracy and reliability
- Well aware about taxation process including final returns and other tax requirements as according to regulations
- Develop record and analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compare projected and actual cost of the company and access the overall performance at the end of year
- Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships
- Create and assess financial statements and budget documents
- Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organization. the board of directors local community advocates participants and employers
- Supervise staff, including regular progress reviews and plans for improvement
- Proficient in professional English to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
- Well experienced in ERP Implementation & Company policy making
