Order Taker

· Responsible for posting orders in the designated software, drafting manual orders if the software is not working or off-line.
· Make sure that the errors or issues related to order software is conveyed to the concern department for timely fixation.
· Keep in touch with the concern software department/individual for creating new heads, sub heads or any other issue related to concern software.
· Make sure all the orders are taken care / acted upon and if any order is left un-attended be reported to the concern line manager.

· Responsible for posting of purchase orders in the designated software as and when required.
· Responsible for drafting and proposal of quotation as and when required.

Proficiency in Computer softwares and understanding of Practices related to reporting and management
